Last year, March marked one monumental moment. For us personally, we got back into the gym for the first time since pre-Covid. We also booked our first trip to wake up in Waikiki, where Justin launched Digital Suplex Studios. Speaking of, hot real estate photography is booming with Spring near blooming. Check out this freshly photographed, featured listing!
More than anything, March marked one year into a global pandemic. What a wild 365 days for all it had been, even then. Looking back at this note I wrote in 2020, I have to laugh (cry) at the cluelessness when we still had no idea what would soon become our new reality...
Here we are now, another year past. Hard to fathom the start of it was only two years back. Time since 2020 feels like a blur of questions marking this new moment we’ll never forget to remember.
Here's another note I found from 2020 below. This one broke my heart to reread and revisit how hard I was still trying to see the good and shine the light when the whole world felt so tangibly sad and heavily exhausted at the raw start with no sign of any end in sight (...yet):
Fun fact, time-wise: Did you know February, March & November 2022 have all the same day dates, yet with all different numbers of days - 28, 31, 30? Check out a calendar! Nifty.
Only ever always just merely a matter of time, we might as well be here now to enjoy the pure bliss of this present, beautifully fleeting gift of a moment - gone before we know it. Only ever truly here right now. 🎯⏰⏳
I miss the innocence of MySpace & days of AIM. Away Messages were before their time. Ti(c)k To(c)k⏰ Alarm Clock! Here’s hoping we WAKE to see the sea of possibility inside - within - before time’s up. Master the moment, & you're inf(in)ite. Seize it all: yours, free.
Time to turn all-access availability back off so we can truly live again. What might we become if not this new-age tragedy of multi screen-tethered, voluntary voodoo dolls on public display as we pin 📍away every part of who we truly are? Let’s go back to the start. The heart. The pulse. The breath. The truth. Our one life here, now.
It’s time to reset the way we spend our hours. Take back what belongs to each of us alone and together: our wildly precious, fleeting lives: All One. The time is now. The place? Here. Hand to heart, feel the beat - one metronome of universal life. This is where we start.
This moment holds the skeleton key to every entry into building blocks of bliss.
Please let yesterday be yesterday. Let last year be last year. Let today be today. Here, now. You. Me. Present. Still. Free to ever simply Be Here Now.
I rest with ease knowing all that’s meant for me is always already on its way as I believe to receive that which is mine in gracious faith & gratitude aplenty. Thank you, Spirit.
Friendly note for calming a chaotic mind: Here's how I turn cloudy thoughts into fresh sunflower seeds of bliss with each exhale of grace to face all that may ever come with acceptance, forgiveness, compassion: Love.
Holding space in stillness, I take a deep breath, inhaling sweet, fresh air. Upon exhale, I say aloud or in my head slowly: I see, hear, feel, free each passing thought with ease of peace, letting go to the rhythm of breath in flow with love. Repeat as you wish until calm again.
Spring starts Sunday! We sprung forward for Daylight Saving Time on Sunday, 3/13. Pi day felt phenomenally miraculous on 3/14. For me, 3/15 marked the 5th of 9 Tuesdays into this unfailing Saint Michael Prayer, for which I am so grateful to Jess at BehatiLife for sharing.
Over the weekend, I woke to an email from Flint Mitchell. Maybe you remember him from the first mid-month Pivotal Press in January. Please feel welcome to listen to Flint's podcast, Seeking Authenticity, featuring yours truly. Pretty incredible first-time experience! Thank you to Flint for having me on as his 41st guest. Honored to join the conversation:
Speaking of enlightening, insightful chats, I also shared a call with Shannon Bone, Director of Sustainable Partnerships at New Leaf Paper last week. She introduced me to B Corps. The next day, I received this email from Meow Wolf stating March is B-Corp Month! Prior to the call with Shannon, I had not yet heard of B Corp, nor did I know what it means. Now I am B Corp's biggest fan. This is what I've been in search of all along in my quest to seek and help only companies who are genuinely good. Now I can! I should add New Leaf Paper is a Founding B-Corp, which is why Shannon first mentioned it. Can't wait to share more about what we are working on together... Soon!
Cheers & Namaste & Mahaloha!
